Dear St. Raphael School Families and Friends,

Last Friday, we had our annual I Raphael festival on the quad. The students did an amazing job and had a lot of fun creating their masterpieces. It was a special day for our entire community.  Even the parishioners at St. Raphael’s can see how talented our students are!  Please stop by the quad at drop off or pick up to see what the students crafted.

On Thursday, we will have our Spring Sing concert followed by the junior high play.  The theme of the Spring Sing is “Story Beats!”  Get ready to be wowed by the amazing talent of our students!  We will start the evening at 6:00 pm in the Parish Hall.  All students need to be in their regular school uniforms and in their classrooms by 5:45 pm.  Please plan on staying for the play that follows. The play will last about 30 minutes and is called “Alice in Wonderland!”
This Friday, we will have our annual Field Day!  All students in KinderKlasse through 8th grade participate in Field Day and have a lot of fun.  It’s one of my favorite days as we have the older students helping and cheering on the younger ones.  If you would like to volunteer to help, please come to the field at 8:30 am to help set up and run some of the activities.

Important Dates:
May 21: Jeans for Jesus
May 22: Athletic Banquet at 6:00

In Mary’s Love,
Ms. Michelle Limb, Principal

Please pray the Magnificat this week
My soul magnifies the Lord
And my spirit rejoices in God my Savior;
Because He has regarded the lowliness of His handmaid;
For behold, henceforth all generations shall call me blessed;
Because He who is mighty has done great things for me,
and holy is His name;
And His mercy is from generation to generation
on those who fear Him.
He has shown might with His arm,
He has scattered the proud in the conceit of their heart.
He has put down the mighty from their thrones,
and has exalted the lowly.
He has filled the hungry with good things,
and the rich He has sent away empty.
He has given help to Israel, his servant, mindful of His mercy
Even as he spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to his posterity forever.
