Athletics

The Athletic program is founded upon the goals and criteria of St. Raphael School. The Athletic program educates a life-long sense for health and well-being. The program provides equal opportunity for all students to learn about sport, develop skills and exercise leadership. Through the “no-cut” policy, everyone has the opportunity to be on the team, regardless of size or experience. The program promotes self-discipline, responsibility and decision-making as well as learning the benefits of cooperation and respect for other people. Each student has the opportunity to apply skills in situations commensurate with or challenge his or her interest and skill level.

Mission Statement

SR_Emblem-150hSt. Raphael School was founded when God answered a Daughter of Charity’s prayer.  To this day, our mission is consistent with that of our founding Sisters: to educate all children in preschool through eighth grade in mind, body and spirit by imparting the values of Jesus through a rigorous curriculum, devoted faculty and an actively involved parent community.
