As we welcome the month of May this week, we embrace a special time in the Catholic Church dedicated to Our Blessed Mother. May is a month of beauty and renewal, much like the blossoming of spring. Mary, our Blessed Mother, brought new life to the world through her "YES" to God, giving birth to our Savior, Jesus Christ. Devotion to Mary is central to our Catholic identity, as she exemplifies unwavering faith and serves as a comforting intercessor in times of need. Throughout May, our entire student body will come together daily to pray a decade of the rosary during announcements, honoring Mary and seeking her guidance.
This Saturday holds great significance for our students as they make their First Holy Communion at 10:00 a.m. in the church. Please keep our little ones in your prayers as they receive Jesus for the first time – a beautiful and sacred milestone in their faith journey.
In other exciting news, we are gearing up for our final fundraiser of the year – our annual Jog-a-Thon on Friday, May 10! It’s time to dust off those sneakers and begin gathering your jogging sponsors. Once again, we’re utilizing 99 Pledges to spread the word far and wide through emails, texts, and our social media campaign. Your enthusiastic participation and support will play a vital role in keeping tuition affordable for all families and sustaining the excellence of our academic programs.
We extend our deepest gratitude to each of you for your ongoing support and generosity. Together, let’s make this Jog-a-Thon a resounding success and continue to strengthen our vibrant school community.
