Dear St. Raphael Families,

What a fantastic start to the school year we had last week! It was such a joy to see the smiling faces and the excitement as everyone returned to campus. As we begin this new chapter together, I encourage each of you to embrace the opportunities that lie ahead. Let’s work together to create an atmosphere of collaboration, respect, and inclusivity—one where every member of our community feels valued and supported. Together, we’ll build a vibrant learning environment where students can discover their unique talents and reach their full potential.

We were blessed to have Father John visit all the classrooms to bless our students and teachers on the first day of school. Thank you, Father John, for your spiritual guidance and support!

A big thank you to our dedicated parents and guardians for your continued partnership and involvement in your child’s education. Your support is vital to fostering a strong and nurturing community. I invite you to join us at our upcoming Back to School Night on September 5 and take part in other events and volunteer opportunities to stay actively engaged in your child’s academic journey.

As we move forward, I’m filled with excitement for the school year ahead. Let’s embrace the challenges and triumphs that await us, knowing that we are united in our shared purpose of nurturing young minds and souls. Together, we will make the 2024-2025 academic year at St. Raphael School a remarkable and transformative experience for each and every student.

A Prayer for Our Students 

Dear God,

Thank you for the gift of education in every form.

As our children prepare to start a new year

May confidence be their foundation,

May grades be their guide and

May hope be their compass toward a bright future.

I pray they will have eyes to see

The needs of those around them

And a heart to love well.

May they face each day with positivity

Knowing that no matter

What comes their way,

They do not have to face it alone. Amen.
