Dear St. Raphael School Families and Friends, 

Oh, what a night! A heartfelt thank you to Shellee Castillo and her amazing auction committee for making this year’s auction one for the record books! It was great for us all to gather to celebrate our phenomenal community. We are thankful for all the attendees and families that made donations to this year’s auction. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Last Wednesday, the St. Raphael School community entered Lent with the special marking of a cross on our foreheads. It is an outward symbol of our faith and dedication to our Savior, Jesus Christ. In the Gospel on Ash Wednesday, we heard how Jesus emphasized the need for personal prayer. He continues to encourage us to move away from the chaos of everyday life and to go to our inner room to pray, where there is peace and quiet. This Lenten Season is the time to remember to be transparent with God, bring our open hearts to Him and He will cleanse us. Let us be real with God and He will reveal Himself in ways we have never imagined. Please join us each Friday in Lent as the 8th graders present the Stations of the Cross for our community at 1:15 pm in the church. 

Every Friday during Lent, we are selling $5 grilled cheese sandwiches served with fruit. You can also purchase tortilla chips with homemade salsa for $2. Please make sure to send your child/ren to school with money for lunch. Remember you can always come for a grilled cheese, too! Lunch is served from 12 - 12:35 pm.

Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is March 13-20. The Catholic Education Foundation Tuition Assistance applications are now available. You can download the forms from the e-newsletter or pick up a copy in the office. Applications are due no later than March 22. Late applications will not be considered.

March 17: Stations of the Cross at 1:15 pm. End of 2nd Trimester.
